- Vehicle details: make, model, color, license plate, year, and (if you provide it) VIN.
- Location: your GPS location when you request help, so we can find and reach you. You can decline location access and type your address instead.
- Service details: the type of help you request, your notes, and any photos you choose to add.
- Account information: if you create a member account, your profile and saved vehicles.
- Technical data: basic device and usage information to keep the app working and secure.
How we use your information
- To dispatch roadside assistance to your location.
- To contact you about your request and share an ETA.
- To provide, complete, and bill for the service.
- To support you and improve our app and service.
- For safety, fraud prevention, and to comply with the law.
How we share your information
- With our dispatchers, drivers, and the roadside/towing providers handling your request.

We do not sell your personal information.
Location information
We use your location only to dispatch help to you and to coordinate the service. You control location sharing through your device settings; if you decline, you can enter your address manually.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep proper business and legal records, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information (see Contact).
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Our app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
